Museum of Islamic Art and city area

The city skyline has many new buildings, some still under construction. The new part of the city is built along the bay (Corniche) and is very attractive. While this looks like a modern city, it is less developed as you go further out of town, where there are desert areas between building construction sites.

The Museum has an ideal location on the Corniche. The city skyline can be seen in the background.
